9/20/2025 Fulton, MO – The Westminster women's soccer team dropped a hard-fought 1-0 decision at Grinnell College on Saturday afternoon. 

The Pioneers scored the game's lone goal in the first half and held off the Blue Jays despite Westminster creating opportunities. Emma Fontenot led the attack with two shots, both on gpal, while Kelsey Cochran added another look at goal. 

Defensively, goalkeeper Kendall Chigas turned in a strong performance with four saves in a complete-game effort. 

The Blue Jays return home on Tuesday, September 23, at 6 p.m., hosting Harris-Stowe State at Blue Jay Field.
