Personal: Collin is the son of Dale and Betty Brinker and has two brothers, Justin and Zach.

2016: Holds 1st place record in school history for innings pitched in a season (100.0). He holds the 4th place record in school history for strikeouts in a season (82) and 2nd place record for wins in a season (9). He was named to the SLIAC First-Team All-Conference and SLIAC Pitcher of the Year. Named to SLIAC All Tournament Team (MVP). Second Team All Central Region
