Once the game tipped off, the Jays were all business, winning the game 94-62, ending the regular season on an 11-game winning streak. During the game, Annette Ramirez broke the single-season scoring record, a record that has stood since the 2017-2018 season. Ramirez is 13 points away from breaking the Blue Jays all-time career points record. Westminster ends the regular season with a record of 16-9 overall and 14-4 in the SLIAC. MUW ends the regular season with a record of 7-15 on the year and 6-12 in the SLIAC. The Blue Jays will have the 2nd seed in next week's SLIAC women's basketball tournament and will receive a first-round bye.
The Blue Jays will be back in action on Friday, February 23rd in the SLIAC Tournament semifinals at Webster University in St. Louis, Mo. Westminster's opponent and game time are to be determined.
