The Blue Jays won the third set 25-23 and then Greenville responded with a 25-21 win in the fourth set to force a tie-breaking fifth set. The Panthers jumped out to an early lead 5-1 in the tie-breaker and never gave up the lead. However, Greenville prevailed and closed out the set 15-11 to take the match 3-2.

Kistaitis recorded 27 kills in the match, breaking her own record for most kills in a match in Westminster history. Wanyonyi added 19 kills for Westminster and was one of four Blue Jays to finishes with at least 10 digs. Schrader (15), Becker (15) and Kistaitis (10) each recorded double-dgiti digs as well. Becker recorded 49 assists, which is tied for the third-most ever in a match by a Westminster player.
