FULTON, Mo. - Westminster men's soccer tallies its third conference win in a 6-0 victory over MacMurray.

The Blue Jays improve to 4-6-1 and 3-0 in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. 

"This was a great team performance," said Westminster Head Coach Adam Galla. "We had a lot of players chip in and have great performances, and another fast start helped as well."

All six of Westminster's goal came in the first half, starting with two from Austin Chandler in the 8th minute and 12th minute. Cade Rowlette assisted on both goals. 

Daniel Barone made the score 3-0 in the 27th minute on an assist from Mauricio Mateo. 

Philip Udinyewe and Brandon Rettke added the next two Blue Jay goals, with Brent Lampen adding the sixth and final dagger to take the win over the Highlanders. 

"As we head into the heart of our conference schedule, we're starting to really gain some confidence and momentum," said Galla.

The Blue Jays travel to Webster Oct. 12 to continue conference play.
