The Westminster volleyball team swept Blackburn College, 3-0, on Wednesday evening. The win brings the Westminster Blue Jay's season to 16-10 and 14-3 in conference.

The scores were 25-20, 25-16, 25-20. 

Sophomore Riley Lawrence and freshman Kristen McMillian led the Blue Jay attack with 13 kills each. Lawrence hit .556 on the night and also led the team with 16 digs. Sophomore setter Kayla Reeg had 38 assists and 14 digs, and freshman Briana Patlan had four block assists.

The Blue Jays travel to St. Louis, Missouri for a weekend tournament hosted by Washington University-St. Louis. On Friday at 3:00 p.m. they face host Washington University, and on Saturday they play Transylvania and Millikin at 10:00 a.m. and 12:15 p.m., respectively.
