Westminster College (MO)

Karen Tompson-Wolfe is the Assistant Dean of First Year Experience and Learning Opportunities.  

She began working at Westminster in 1996. Her duties have varied from teaching economics and statistics to working with the Campus Learning Center, and the Learning Disabilities Program. 

Karen became the Faculty Athletic Representative (FAR) in 2004. She serves as a liaison for student-athletes and their families; talking to the athletic coaches and staff and/or the academic departments or faculty about specific concerns that student-athletes may have.  

In Karen's current position, she creates and actively participates in the delivery of quality academic support programs for all students on campus. These programs include a comprehensive Learning Disabilities Program, an Academic Enrichment Program and a Peer Tutoring Program.
