Emilee Buhl enters her first season as the Head Women's Flag Football Coach at Westminster College. Originally from Houston, Texas, Buhl brings both playing experience and a passion for growing the game of women's flag football at the collegiate level.
Buhl was a four-year student-athlete at Kansas Wesleyan University, where she competed in women's flag football and developed the leadership, teamwork, and competitive mindset that now shape her coaching philosophy. During her playing career, she gained valuable experience competing at the NAIA level while helping advance one of the nation's emerging collegiate flag football programs.
As the founding head coach of Westminster's women's flag football program, Buhl is focused on building a strong culture centered on accountability, discipline, and student-athlete development. She is dedicated to providing opportunities for women to compete at the collegiate level while fostering success both on the field and in the classroom.
Buhl is committed to establishing the Blue Jays as a competitive program and helping grow the sport of women's flag football throughout the Midwest and beyond.
