9/8/2025 Fulton, MO - The Westminster women's golf team opened their 2025 season in historic fashion at Illinois College, setting multiple school records in their first outing of the year. 

As a team, the Blue Jays posted a score of 392, the lowest in program history and a remarkable 165 strokes better than their performance in the same tournament last season. 

Individually, several golfers etched their names into the record book. Vera Fosnow led the way with a score of 93, the third-best individual round in school history. Elle Turner followed closely with a 96, tied for the fifth-best all-time, while Caylee Anderson carded a 97, the sixth-best mark in program history. 

With a record-setting start, the Blue Jays have set the tone for a promising season ahead.
