Westminster College Announces Evelyn Reynolds as New Cheer Coach
12/3/2025 Fulton, MO - Westminster College is proud to introduce Evelyn Reynolds as the new head coach for the college's cheer program, beginning the development of a revitalized and expanded team. Entering her first year of collegiate coaching, Reynolds will officially oversee both the gameday and competitive components of the program starting in the 2026–2027 season.

Originally from Illinois, Reynolds moved to Missouri after graduating from William Woods University in May 2025. With many years of cheer experience and a deep passion for the sport, she is beyond excited about helping build this new chapter for Westminster Cheer.

As the program grows, Coach Reynolds' philosophy centers on athlete safety, technical development, leadership growth, and cultivating a positive and supportive team culture. Her coaching approach focuses on elevating stunt technique, expanding tumbling skills, and enhancing choreography to guide Westminster Cheer toward long-term competitive success.

Academic achievement is a core priority for Reynolds, who is committed to supporting student-athletes both on the mat and in the classroom. Her goal is to help develop well-rounded leaders who carry their skills and values into future careers.
Before joining Westminster College, Reynolds competed on the inaugural cheerleading team at William Woods University. During her time there, the team faced NAIA programs and earned a bid to the NCA College Nationals, representing their university on a national stage.
